 Disability discrimination

The Course Objectives

The objectives of the course are to provide sufficient knowledge and understanding for Employees to:


 Recognise the importance of peoples right’s in accordance with legislation, polices and procedures
 Understand the importance of respecting diversity and valuing people as individuals
 Be able to understand how your own behaviour has an effect on others
 Be able to identify when your own or another persons behaviour undermines equality and diversity
 Be able to take action when equality and diversity is undermined


The course is best taught with up to a maximum of 20 people at a time in one 2 hour session.
